OPeN is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We accompany organizations on the path to their strategic goals, strengthening the talent and value contribution of people. We design joint solutions, taking the client's culture as the starting point. We work with openness, ongoing collaboration, and flexibility, so that our interventions are agile, concrete, and high impact.

We reach out to candidates, offering a pleasant experience, and we connect the client with the most suitable candidates. We complete our selection processes with psychotechnical assessments that describe the candidate's psycho-labor profile and their development potential. We design talent mapping processes to understand current and potential skills, advising HR on smart internal moves that boost talent and use motivation as the engine for internal career development. We provide feedback for self-development, encouraging participants to manage their own internal careers. We design Leaders Programs with training, mentoring, and coaching to empower the organization’s leaders.
