We are Origate Services (Pvt) Ltd, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Malabe, Sri Lanka.

Our goal is to meet and exceed client expectations, and we offer services with careful regard for privacy, assets and security while adhering to environmentally friendly standards. We are continually researching and implementing new technologies to provide practical and beneficial value-added services to our customers. We maintain high standards in workplace equality and ethics and follow the same quality standards and procedures as our parent company. We deliver labour-intensive Value-Added Services across Sri Lanka, tailored to our clients’ requirements. We provide services such as pick and pack operations, product labeling, loading and unloading workers, forklift driving, distribution cargo assistance, stock handlers, damage product checks, and sample pack preparation, along with other warehouse-related operations. In addition, we provide commercial cleaning and janitorial solutions for commercial properties of any size. We also offer tailor-made support services such as cashiers, drivers, gardeners and overall workers based on our client’s requirements.

Our specialties include value-added services across Sri Lanka, such as pick and pack operations; product labeling; forklift drivers; stock handlers; commercial cleaning and janitorial services (with quality control systems); close supervision and inspection reporting and management procedures in a cost-effective manner by adhering to the highest quality standards and procedures; and other support labour workforce as your trusted professional partner. We provide tailored support labour workforce such as cashiers, office and factory workers, drivers, gardeners and overall workers who can satisfy and exceed client requirements.

We operate across Sri Lanka and Australia, reflecting our geographic presence. We are a fully owned subsidiary of Origate Group in Australia.
