Outdesk is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in NSW, Australia.

We are the collaboration of Filipino and Australian professionals who share a common goal to deliver a better offshore staffing solution to the SME market. We aim to make it easier for businesses to engage, implement and manage a Philippines-based staff member.

Our client portal provides analytics and insights into how our staff spend their time, how they are progressing on projects and tasks, and which websites and applications they are using throughout the day. We provide supervision and support through team leaders and general management to help ensure business objectives are met.
