PAY JOB is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We observed that there was no recruitment firm exclusively dedicated to payroll professionals. While payroll is a profession in its own right, we saw the need to establish a recruitment structure dedicated to connecting payroll professionals with opportunities as fairly and quickly as possible. That is why we founded PAY JOB in 2007.

Our approach combines recruitment and interim services with training and salary portage, delivered through a payroll-focused capability. We developed the INTERIM division in 2010 and have operated across the national territory since January 2011. We are present in Paris, Lyon, Lille, Nantes and Montpellier.
