We are People Awareness - CDMX, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Ciudad de México, Mexico.

We guide organizational transformation by supporting learning and human development, seeking sustainable change in individuals, groups, and organizations. Our methodology is a flexible framework based on recognition, design, and integration for a sustainable transformation process through a systemic model in the development of processes, programs, and organizational models, promoting habits and routines aligned with goals and challenges.

We design consulting programs tailored to combine experiences (action, thought, emotion); awareness and learning of the participant and their environment; and empowering communication. We work at the individual and/or collective level, with interventions delivered as one-off sessions or seasonal programs. We transfer knowledge and autonomy to the client.

We specialize in organizational development, executive coaching, positive leadership, change management, team building, leadership, coaching, internal communication, team management, and psychological safety.

We operate in Mexico.
