In leadership development, leadership requires self-insight and motivation to understand, lead, and motivate staff, and we tailor programs to the specific needs of individuals and their organizations. In career guidance, we offer qualified individual career guidance, using an experienced career coach to map strengths and development areas. From there we work from the individual's own conditions to create change and development.
