Personae Recrutement, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Lyon, France.

We were born from the meeting of three headhunting specialists driven by a sense of commitment and collaboration. Our name references the Latin expression intuitu personae, which defines the client-cabinet-candidate link in a recruitment process, and we believe that the quality of this relationship is decisive for both a company and a candidate when choosing a partner. Our team brings 45 years of experience with a recognized know-how in recruiting experts, senior executives, and leaders. Our areas of focus include Engineering & Industrial Processes, Supply Chain & Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing & Commerce. Our behavioral and motivational assessment tool allows us to support our clients effectively in internal mobility, transformation projects, or to secure the integration of a manager.
