We are Persona Patman, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We are a team of immigration-focused lawyers and recruiters who have been working for many years to make the process of immigration and employment abroad comfortable and safe.

We focus on the entire complex of migration and recruiting services for individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations. Through our expertise and care, you or your foreign employees will receive dedicated services during immigration, legalization processes, employment and adaptation abroad. Our first core competency is immigration law. We help solve all issues related to the immigration and legalization of clients, their relatives or their employees abroad. The vast majority of our clients come from Ukraine, Central Asia, the Caucasus states, the Middle East and Turkey. Our second key competency is recruiting services for foreign workers. We know how to expertly select for you blue collar specialists from various fields, as well as personnel for unskilled work. Among our clients are employers from the Baltic countries, Czech Republic, Germany, United Kingdom and Scandinavian countries in logistics, construction, automobile, light manufacturing, food industry and HoReCa. We also operate through a network of branches and partners in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Caucasus states.
