We are Plurum Consultores, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are a firm focused on cultural transformation, creating environments of wellbeing and experiences for people. We humanize strategies to offer organizations sustainable results and add value to the construction of a better world. Efficiency and Maximization: We design a value proposition for people that enables sustainable results through the construction of innovative reward systems that facilitate the attraction and retention of talent.
