Polska Giełda Pracy — we are a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1990 and are headquartered in Lublin, Poland.

As a training and advisory institution, we specialize in preparing and delivering projects co-financed by the European Union under the Human Capital Operational Programme, and previously under the Integrated Operational Program for Regional Development and the Sectoral Operational Program for Human Resources Development. The projects we implement are primarily social initiatives aimed at helping people at risk of job loss in sectors undergoing restructuring to adapt to changing socio-economic conditions and to prepare them through retraining to perform new occupations in new workplaces. Through our projects, employed individuals and those with secure employment also have the opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications useful for their current roles.
