We are PRETICHAGE MANPOWER SERVICES, INC., a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Batangas City, Philippines.

We seek partners worldwide and focus on meeting client needs through a customer-focused approach. We stay up to date with the latest industry manpower needs and emerging technological advancements. To meet ever-increasing client's needs, we delegate company representatives in different regions such as in Dubai, Australia, Bahrain, Qatar, Canada and the USA. We also have established cooperation agreements with companies in Dubai and Japan, including Japan Gas Corporation (JGC), Toyo Engineering Co. (TEC), Chiyoda Engineering in Japan and IMB, ARG, Delman Supermarket based in Dubai and Black Cat, Atlantic and Q-Con in Doha, Qatar, just to name a few.

We are specialized in providing manpower requirements related to Engineering, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication, Plant Operation (including Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning). We also deal in all construction fields for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers. The range of manpower that we provide varies from individual specialist to the provision of complete project teams, who are able to support the entire client's need. Upon request, we may provide well-maintained data on our Managers, Engineers, Inspectors and Technically Skilled Workers. We also provide administration, clerical and secretarial staff that fulfills the needs of our clients as required.

We operate internationally with activity in United Arab Emirates, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Japan, Qatar and the United States, and we maintain cooperation agreements with partners in Dubai and Japan.
