We are Procer Worldwide Technical Services, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We are an international technical staffing consultant. We were established in 1994 and have offices in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Middle East Area and Romania. Our global capability covers projects in the oil & gas, energy, marine construction and related industries. To date, we have assisted Energy Majors in completing their projects all over the world (Europe, Caspian Area, United States, Middle East, Africa, Asia) through our multidiscipline expertise and integrated personnel solutions, facilitated by our international network of offices, representatives and associates.

We deliver staffing services, subcontracting/personnel leasing, executive search and technical recruitment through our multidiscipline expertise and integrated personnel solutions. Our work is supported by an international network of offices, representatives and associates. To date, we have completed hundreds of staffing assignments with over 6,000 assigned personnel. We source professionals from all levels—from managers to skilled technicians.

We provide staffing, subcontracting/personnel leasing, executive search and technical recruitment for the oil & gas, power plant, petrochemical and marine construction/shipbuilding sectors.

We operate internationally with offices in Bucharest, Romania; The Hague, Netherlands; London, United Kingdom; and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We have supported projects across Europe, the Caspian Area, the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
