Productivity is a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

We recruit only productive employees with a contractual guarantee. We work worldwide. The first candidates are available within five days. We handle candidates at any level. We offer a free replacement. A productive employee is someone who clearly understands the end result of their work, desires to contribute, and aims to achieve high results in their role.

We use a unique system designed to hire only productive employees. Before we begin the search for a candidate, we ask you to answer 42 questions. This may seem tedious, but it helps us correctly craft the vacancy and select a candidate you will be satisfied with. All applicants pass through our internal security service; the candidate is checked on seven points. Many recruitment companies flood you with a pile of unsuitable candidates, hoping you will choose the best of the worst. We present only the best of the best. We have substantial experience in finding remote employees. The hiring technology for remote staff is the same as for office staff; all interviews are conducted via Zoom.
