We are PT Bahana Mega Prestasi, a public company operating in the executive search services industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia.

We provide migrant worker placement services, with operations in Taiwan and Dominica. In Taiwan, our focus includes factories, industry, elder care, domestic workers, and poultry farming; in Dominica, we focus on construction workers, skilled professionals, and heavy equipment operators. Our success has been recognized by local, national, and international institutions through comparative studies.

To ensure quality recruitment, we have established seven branches, three training centers (BLK – LN), and several vocational training institutes (LPK) in various regions. We collaborate with government training centers for certain professions. Branches, training centers, and vocational institutes participate in recruitment, selection, and training of workers from various regions. All activities are conducted with strong management, ensuring timely processes, oversight of workers during training in the regions, and producing skilled, professional, and disciplined workers who are accountable for their work in the destination country.
