How we work: You send us the job description and requirements. Candidates perform a series of graphology assessments, either at your offices or at ours, depending on your preference. The average duration is about three-quarters of an hour. Within 2–3 days, you receive a detailed report covering relevant aspects including cognitive, functional and interpersonal attributes, strengths and weaknesses, and reliability. By developing a close understanding of your work environment and the atmosphere, we help anticipate specific challenges in interactions between candidates, management, colleagues and external parties, and we guide you on effective ways to address them. With this information about the candidate, you know exactly whom you are dealing with in an interview and which critical questions to ask.

Geographic presence and scope: We operate in Israel. Our client base includes companies and organizations across sectors, including high-tech, traditional industries, recruitment and headhunting firms, clinics, insurance agencies and law offices.
