Quest for Talent

Quest for Talent is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Liège, Belgium.

Our purpose is to act as the intermediary in the labour market to bring the right talents to the right companies, based on the interests of both parties. We will not accept an assignment unless we believe we can provide the desired talents within the projected timeframe and respecting the conditions agreed upon. We operate on a no cure, no pay basis: you pay a minimum administrative contribution at the start and you will not pay until you have hired the talent you were looking for. If we are unable to find a suitable talent for your assignment, no further payments are due after the administrative contribution.

We deliver executive search, recruitment, and headhunting services. We approach assignments with a practical focus on delivering the requested talents within the agreed timeframe.
