Rarebird is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.

We accompany executives and managers for whom the question of WHY is central, with distinctive levers. Our vocation is no longer limited to recruitment; our clients, and we as their partners, must understand candidates to engage them more effectively. Our mission is to find compatibility and harmony between a candidate's aspirations at a key moment in their journey and a professional environment that enables them to express their talents, nourish their ambitions, and cultivate their learning.
