Bpacnz formed RataGP to assist all New Zealand practices having difficulty recruiting GP’s and incurring high costs with little guarantee of placement. Having noticed the high agency costs in both permanent and locum recruitment, RataGP have designed and offer something different. Our unique locum fee structure is based on a small annual fee ensuring practises can use our services as often as they wish at their convenience. There are no additional success fees. Permanent placements are also charged only minimal administration costs for placements ensuring practices can either save some placement costs or increase payments to the doctors should they wish. Good news for everyone. RataGP works with practice networks including the Southern Clinical Network, Southlink Health Services and external practices throughout New Zealand to fill either permanent or locum vacancy needs for General Practitioners. We also offer optimal workforce solutions whereby we can assess your practice, help you plan and create the best workforce model for you now and into the future. We also work for free with GP’s seeking new positions either in the short or long term and offer individual or family settlement advice, contacts and resources as required for a successful transition into the new role and /or location. Importantly we offer you control.
