We are Recruit4Good, a not-for-profit initiative operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Hong Kong.

We are a not-for-profit initiative run by ConnectedGroup aimed at giving other not-for-profit organisations in Hong Kong and Singapore zero-cost access to resources that enhance their ability to recruit effectively and maximise their mission impact. The platform is also a channel for candidates to access opportunities within the charitable sector in three main areas: permanent roles across all functions; board and advisory positions; strategic volunteering (fixed-term specialist skill-based needs).

Through our platform, we provide zero-cost resources to support recruitment and to maximise mission impact, and we act as a channel for candidates to access opportunities within the charitable sector.

We specialize in recruitment and staffing for not-for-profit organisations, NGOs, and charities, and we support volunteering and job opportunities, including NGO jobs and not-for-profit jobs.

We operate in Hong Kong and Singapore.

We provide a not-for-profit platform that serves recruitment and staffing needs for not-for-profit organisations, NGOs, and charities, and we note that more formal executive recruitment and search services are available through ConnectedGroup, with a 50% discount on standard fees for charities.
