Relaciones Laborales is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Cartagena, Spain.

We inform workers about their rights in matters of adaptation and work-life balance, including rights related to reduced working hours, leaves, contracts, professional category, remuneration, working hours, holidays, breaks, paid and unpaid leave, and mobility (functional and geographical), among others. We also advise on how to proceed when these conditions change and affect hours, schedules, duties, or salary. In addition to informing, we can draft your letters of request or complaint addressed to your employer. If the employer does not respond reasonably, we help resolve the conflict through a prior conciliation before the SMAC, always seeking an agreement without the need for court.
