We are RELATØR, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Horsens, Denmark.

We provide services including the preparation of a requirements profile and a company analysis; Search & Selection; interviews and candidate presentations; a second interview round with Extended DISC personality analysis; and employment, and we offer a guarantee of success. Our consultants are certified in Extended DISC analyses and use it as a dialogue tool in candidate conversations. We can also perform a range of analyses and surveys, such as APV (workplace assessment), employee or customer satisfaction surveys, and climate surveys, and we can support leadership and sales development via 360-degree analyses.
