We are ROMYN, a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Warnsveld, Netherlands.

We also provide organizational advisory that looks beyond intake, focusing on the potential of your people and your brand. This includes team analysis, culture analysis, labor market communication, process optimization, HR, and employer branding to support a more resilient organization. A sustainable side effect is that we lower recruitment demand and, in some cases, make recruitment unnecessary.

We specialize in good causes, secondment (detachering), sponsorship, advisory, project recruitment, and executive search.

We operate in the Netherlands, with bases in Warnsveld and Amersfoort.

We conduct our business in a meaningful way by applying our talent and by providing pro bono work for organizations that rely on donations. We also donate a portion of our profits to charitable causes.
