Safejob AS, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We focus on flexibility and accessibility in staffing. We deliver personnel to the construction and civil works sector, as well as to onshore and offshore roles, or other professional competencies. We strive to be a flexible and solutions‑oriented partner when there is a need for staffing. Our main area is Bergen and the surrounding region, but we can provide staffing across Norway. We prioritise good working conditions for our employees and believe that their wellbeing helps us deliver engaged and skilled staff.

When staffing needs vary, we respond to seasonal variations, projects, and unforeseen absence so that a business can obtain labour when required. If the increased personnel need proves to be long‑term, we can assist with further recruitment within the company. If there is a wish for permanent hire, we can offer a cost‑free takeover after an agreed onboarding period, with personnel who are familiar with the work environment, providing a safe and predictable way to source new employees.

We specialise in construction and civil works, offshore, onshore, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, staffing, and recruitment.

We operate primarily in Bergen and surrounding areas, and we can deliver staffing across Norway.

We are a member of NHO Service and have a tariff agreement with EL og IT.
