We are Samsa and Sons Ltd., a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria.

We operate with an EU-standard license in HR and Recruiting. Our recruiters live in the Balkans and the Caucasus regions, and we have knowledge of the local mentality and the professional and career wishes of our candidates. Our candidates have a good level of English, are experienced with different technical stacks, have strong soft skills, and are keen on working in international teams.
