We are Select-You, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We offer services in search, selection and evaluation of professionals to fill positions in companies, both nationally and internationally. We work with the aim of being partners of our clients, as well as building relationships of trust and commitment with people. Our specialization is based on the selection process itself, convinced that success lies in a global and holistic evaluation, both of professional competencies and, above all, of the personal aptitudes and potentialities of each individual.
