We are Selexi, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We were founded in 1999 with the objective of establishing ourselves in the recruiting field, conducting multiple-choice tests. We have managed thousands of selection procedures, mainly for contests held by public administrations and for entrance tests for some of the most important Italian universities.

We manage all phases of the delivery of our services with our resources, supported by offices in Milan, Turin and Rome. We own software for conducting selection procedures, assessment, and orientation tests in computerized mode. We have created a worldwide network of exam centers to deliver tests remotely in any country. In 2015, test centers were established at three sites in Milan, Rome and Turin, which, when fully operational, will reach 1,700 locations.

Our specialties include information technology, personnel selection, training, market research, computer-based testing, certifications, research, universities, hospital companies, tests, test preparation, public contests, software, CBT at home, and tests both in person and remotely.

We operate with a worldwide network of exam centers to deliver tests remotely, and we maintain a local presence through three sites in Milan, Rome and Turin.

We are based in Milan, in the Turro area, near Viale Monza.
