We are Semisul BG EOOD, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria.

We recruit specialized and operational personnel for projects in the industrial sector and the delivery centres sector, locally and globally. In the industrial sector, we provide intermediary recruitment for projects in the petrochemical, energy and chemical industries related to the establishment of new power units or expansion of existing ones; in construction, installation, repair and maintenance works; and in the expansion and modernization of strategic sites such as nuclear power plants, electrical power plants, refineries and chemical plants. In the delivery centres sector, we recruit specialized and operational personnel for finishing, assembling and installation works at delivery centres and other facilities.

We deliver intermediary recruitment of specialized and operational personnel to support project implementation across international industrial projects and international delivery centres. Our international industrial projects have included work on Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant in Levice, Slovakia (2014–2019); BASF SE Chemical Complex in Ludwigshafen, Germany (2015–2016); ExxonMobil oil refinery upgrades in Antwerp, Belgium (2017–2019) and Rotterdam, the Netherlands (2017–2018); UNIPETROL RPA – RAFINÉRIE Litvinov, Czech Republic (2017–2018); Preem Oil Refinery in Lysekil, Sweden (2018–2019); MOL Petrochemicals Polyol Complex in Tiszaujvaros, Hungary (2020 ongoing); SABIC Oil Refinery in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands (2021 ongoing); Kallo Borealis Oil Refinery in Antwerp, Belgium (2022 ongoing). In the international delivery centres sector we have worked with Amazon Delivery Centres in Austria (2019); France (2019; 2021); the United Kingdom (2020); Germany (2019–2021); and the Netherlands (2021). We hold licenses for intermediary services for abroad № 2455/09.02.2018 and for the Republic of Bulgaria 2454/09.02.2018.

We operate internationally, with presence in Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, France, Hungary, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Austria.
