Serve[the]PEOPLE is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We identify true digital talent for our clients. For each selection process to be successful, we fulfill the expectations of both the client and the candidate. This dual commitment guides our work.

We value clients and candidates equally and analyze the interests of both parties in the short, medium and long term to support stable relationships. We undertake selection processes only when we have in-depth knowledge of our clients—their culture, values, market and objectives. We rely on a proprietary methodology, and our candidates are usually part of our network, have attended our events, and may know us through referrals. The candidate knows us as well as we know them. Our selection process follows a unique methodology designed to foster the ideal talent match and strong client–candidate affinity. We manage the process and update the interested parties in each phase, passing along all relevant information. We maintain the rhythm necessary to complete processes on time, keeping track of all the details.

Within the digital field we have identified talent in E-commerce, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Big Data, IOT and SaaS.

Our clients include multinational companies, SMEs and start-ups. We also work closely with venture capital and private equity firms. We operate in Spain and the United States.
