Shanjari International is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We are an overseas human resources recruiting agency serving Malaysia. Our mission is to provide competitive, efficient and reliable workforce solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business goals and enhance their operations.

We deliver our services through a global network with operations in Malaysia, and we have established a training center named Munshi Training Academy (MTA) to ensure that the skills of candidates stay sharp and attitudes remain positive, right up to final selection and well into employment. We maintain contact points in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to support our operations.
