ShareHire is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, and we were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Łódź, Poland.

ShareHire is the first company in Poland and one of the first in the world to specialize in outsourcing recruitment referral programs. As part of our service, we prepare a dedicated portal to attract recruitment referrals and manage its operation comprehensively, including providing legal and tax solutions, marketing support, and the payout of financial or in-kind rewards. We also help clients increase the engagement of referrers, including by developing and implementing a unique communications plan.
