Shareways International — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We recruit for hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture/plantations, and construction industries in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, including local Malaysian workers and workers from Indonesia, Bangladesh and the Philippines. We interview and assess prospective applicants and match them with vacancies at client companies. We screen candidates and draw up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview. We organise interviews and selection events. We assist applicants in preparing for interviews. We provide training, development and performance management. We prepare and maintain reports specific to the client project. We provide immigration and visa services for foreign workers. We advise clients on developing HR management policies, administration of HR policies, procedures and payroll. We handle contract negotiation and headhunting for high skilled and difficult to fill positions.

We operate in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, and we work with workers from Indonesia, Bangladesh and the Philippines.
