We are a one-stop solution for human resources. We cater to a large number of corporates in Vietnam and the APAC region and are adept in handling IT and Non-IT requirements. We place candidates in Vietnam and APAC from mid to senior levels.

We deliver our services through a structured approach that blends recruitment processes with training and development offerings. We focus on Talent Acquisition—IT and Non-IT as our core and provide programs that support client needs in skills development and leadership readiness.

Our offerings include Talent Acquisition – IT & Non IT as our Core; Training and Development – Soft skills and IT skills (technical); Managerial effectiveness trainings; Leadership development; HR & Leadership Certifications – we are certified to elevate HR teams’ learnings through various courses in partnership with Middle Earth HR. We have seen a good response in hiring for diverse companies which has made us confident of sourcing local and expat talent for companies here including NBFCs.

We operate in Vietnam and India, serving clients across the APAC region. We were registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2019 as an offshoot of Shelby Management Solutions based in Bangalore, India, started in 2012.
