SILTA BRON Group Project. We operate in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Vaasa, Finland.

We aim to develop accelerated pathways to employment through open collaboration with employers, educational institutions, and various stakeholders. Our toolbox for reducing employment barriers includes support for language learning, recognition of competence and skills, and coaching models developed for employers to facilitate workplace guidance. Strengthening network collaboration plays a key role in supporting both job seekers and employers, enabling the sharing of information, the utilization of best practices, and the development of targeted solutions. The key actors in the project are the co-implementers, whose combined expertise and resources enable the provision of increasingly accessible and impactful services. With the multidisciplinary expertise of a broad collaboration network, we can deliver effective and concrete solutions for better employment. We bring together employers and skilled professionals; in a constantly changing world, we build bridges to a stable and diverse working life.
