SKÅNESTOR, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Lund, Sweden.

We are the personal consulting partner where proximity and the relationship to the client are prioritized. We are your competence and recruitment partner and offer services in Life Science, Food, and Process and Production. We work on questions, tasks and challenges related to our clients' daily operations and can take on different roles within our assignments. We guide our clients to a solution, help to make decisions, relieve during high workloads and handle unforeseen events. We also assist with recruitment needs and find suitable candidates. We take full responsibility or support our clients with project management, process solutions for manufacturing, regulatory, quality management and production.

We know each other well and work as a team, and we support one another. We foster a sense of community and cohesion with a humble, non-pretentious mindset, actively building an internal team spirit. Our staff feel well and develop as people, contributing positive energy to their assignments, resolving bottlenecks and enabling our clients to find good paths and focus on the right things.
