SMA Crewing, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Omsk, Russia.

We offer crewing services for professional seafarers to shipowners and ship managers all over the world. We select appropriate candidates according to our clients' requirements and provide them assistance in joining the vessel. We are a new, dynamically developing crewing company with an office in Omsk, Russia.

We search for appropriate candidates according to principals' requirements; we check documents for validity and compliance with STCW regulations; we verify seafarers' COC and certificates; we check previous experience (references, evaluation forms, sea service records); we test professional level of English (Marlins Test); we check seafarers' professional knowledge (CES Test, Interview); we familiarize seafarers with the company's policies and procedures; we prepare documents for visas and flag state documents issuance; we prepare documents for joining vessels (crew list, guarantee letter); we arrange travel; we supply working uniforms; we provide consulting services. We are able to provide officers and ratings for merchant, offshore and fishing fleets.

We keep our database up-to-date in order to provide our clients with appropriate candidates. All marine specialists in our database are certified in accordance with STCW regulations.
