Smart-HR Doradztwo Personalne is a privately held staffing and recruitment company, and we operate in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Katowice, Poland.

We work for manufacturing and service companies, including IT, real estate, education, catering, the hotel industry, and other sectors.

We bring passion and experience in recruitment, team training, human resources management and HR consulting. We have completed more than 200 projects in recruitment, workforce optimization, management of professional development and career paths of employees. Our goal is to improve the functioning of the company, with the support of personnel management.

We execute orders in the field of recruitment and selection of employees, HR consultancy in personnel management (motivation, reward systems), training (management, sales, developing social skills), and advice on labour law, human resources, payroll, and health and safety.
