We are a recruitment firm specializing in permanent and fixed-term roles (CDI and CDD), supporting companies with their recruitment needs in Sales, Finance, and Technical.

We operate a five-step recruitment cycle comprising job analysis, sourcing, evaluation, short-listing, and onboarding follow-up. We integrate digital tools that are modern, visual, and aligned with current practices, including LinkedIn, Monkey Tie, Interview App, and You-Trust, to ensure efficiency, relevance, objectivity, reliability, and transparency throughout the process. We maintain the basics through job postings, networking, a robust sourcing strategy, employer branding, face-to-face interviews, and defined timelines agreed with the company. Our process is clear and structured, a 360-degree approach, supported by modern and effective techniques, focused on the result: the successful hire and retention of a new talent within the company.
