Southside Personnel is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We were established over 25 years ago in Blackrock, South Dublin (hence our name), and we operate as a boutique generalist recruitment agency with a real focus on quality. We work very closely with our clients, who range from small local firms to large multinational organisations, to gain a real understanding of their requirements. As a result, our candidates are fully briefed prior to each assignment or job interview, ensuring they are a close fit for the role.

Keeping abreast of the technology and systems the industry has to offer, we maintain our unique and personal approach that our clients and candidates have always enjoyed.

We provide services across a range of specialties and operate by placing candidates on a permanent, contract and temporary basis, and we also offer a payroll service.
