We are Splenday Asia Sdn. Bhd., a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 in France and expanded to Malaysia in 2017.

We are a mobile social app that changes the way you search for jobs. We combine a job portal, a social platform, and a referral system. On job platforms you may know, resumes and the job boards themselves play an important role; however, interaction between candidates and recruiters is often limited, which can lead to information loss. We have developed a social platform to help recruiters and candidates get noticed by one another, by more interaction, resulting in a better job matching experience.

We provide a social collaboration space that allows users to interact fluidly by sharing notes, ideas, feedback and latest updates about different job industries. We ensure users’ safety and encourage honest questions, with users remaining semi-anonymous.
