SpotOn TA – we are a privately held company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Wola, Poland.

We were founded to help people find their dream job, and to help employers find the right candidates. We believe that social responsibility toward the community is an essential duty, and our focus is on finding the fit job for individuals with an Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and people with impairment. We recognize that the business environment is challenging, which creates the need to possess the skills necessary to grow the business.

We focus on the talent acquisition process, concentrating on the proper identification of the skills needed and the recommendation of proper candidates. We are not simply a recruitment company that provides candidates to generate revenue. Our true focus is on minimizing turnover by identifying the needed skills, recommending the proper candidate and, if needed, developing the needed skills in the candidate as well as the community through cooperation with governments and local entities.
