Staff Hotel Portugal—we are a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2000 and are headquartered in Santo António, Lisbon, Portugal.

We have specialized in integrated personnel management for hotels for more than 20 years. We implement a proprietary methodology that combines the best human and technological resources to achieve the objectives established by our clients.

Through outsourcing and hotel ETT, we work to satisfy the needs of our clients and manage the human resources required for the hotel, always with ad-hoc proposals.

Our main outsourcing services include ETT and outsourcing for hotels, covering housekeeping (room cleaning, cleaning of common areas, maid service, and housekeeping supervision), hospitality (dishwashing, cooks, and waitstaff), and additional services such as special cleaning after hotel projects, customer service, and auxiliary hotel services.

We have national and international delegations in Portugal, Spain, and the Czech Republic, allowing us to work closely with our clients and offer solutions tailored to each project.
