STOLT is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We are a modern HR company with branches in IT and security. We were established in 2005 as a staffing and recruitment agency and have since grown. We hold a strong position as a workforce provider with a particular focus on the construction industry. Recruitment has always been a parallel activity with clients across a broad range of industries. We are today a total provider of HR services with a turnover of 232 MNKR in 2018.

We deliver services through five business areas under the STOLT umbrella that mutually develop and reinforce each other: Staffing, Recruitment, HR Resources, Security, and IT. We were established as a staffing and recruitment agency and have grown into a total HR services provider, working with clients across a broad range of industries, with a continued emphasis on the construction sector.
