We are Studio associato Degan, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Padua, Italy.

We serve as a trusted labor-law partner for companies of all sizes, with an approach based on experience, continuous training, punctual service, and the use of new technologies.

We place a strong emphasis on the legal, transversal and digital training of our professionals and staff. Our client base comprises companies of all sizes that recognize the efficiency of our service as our added value and seek a partner able to provide practical legal interpretations and digital solutions that enable the maximum digitization of documents and the processes necessary for human resources management. To ensure service quality, we rely on a team of experienced collaborators with up-to-date digital skills and a strong orientation to results. In 2020 we adopted an agile organizational model to ensure our services are available both in person and remotely, achieving results in terms of work-life balance and reductions in CO2 emissions. To enhance data protection for our clients, we appointed an external Data Protection Officer to ensure processing in full compliance with European and national privacy regulations.

In 2023 we activated the HR portal so our clients can digitally manage the entire workflow between company and employee (presence tracking, holiday and leave requests, delivery of the LUL and the CU, electronic noticeboard, business trips, expense reports, etc.).
