We offer flexible offerings to suit nearly all recruitment requirements, including Standard Contingency — pay on candidate start date; Retained — priority treatment, first choice of candidates, pre-interviewing by us, and guaranteed replacement for three months; GRIP (Guaranteed Replacement Interview programme) — payments spread over 12 months and a 12 month guarantee on a candidate; Membership — up to 50% reduction in fees; Interview Event — do all of your recruitment in one day at a 4-star hotel; and Partnership Agreement — take on multiple people and after a set up fee, rent them from us. Interview Process Day (IP Day) is an event held in a 4-star hotel or on Zoom. We invite all the applicants to participate in a series of role plays and we conduct one-to-one interviews. The IP Day saves time and money and offers thorough testing. It is cost effective and saves time on no-shows for interviews. You will have an account manager, and a professional presenter and interviewer do all the processing. Time saving on no shows or interviewing poor level applicants.
