Surge ApS, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Copenhagen S, Denmark.

We are an industry-specialized headhunting company that specializes in only four industries. Our ambition is to contribute to strong, mutually rewarding relationships between specialists, senior business professionals, managers, and clients in our target industries. We believe in going new ways and we look at the search process from a new angle, one where a deeper understanding of the specific industry traits is added to the traditional generic HR approach to search used by other search companies. We have found that our different approach generates a better end result for our clients in terms of a superior match, smoother integration and faster return on investment, as well as more successful and longer-lasting professional relationships.
