We are Talent Business Incubator Step-Up, a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.

Our main objective is to involve talented candidates in our self-designed technological process, through which they will acquire the appropriate business competences and soft skills and will become ready for immediate inclusion in the working processes of the employer. We develop a comprehensive, tailored technology for attraction, identification, development, placement, onboarding and retention of talents, which we deliver to companies. Our technology involves processes and procedures aimed at identifying business talents at an early stage prior to the start or during the first years of the acquisition process of higher education, regardless of the choice of profession. We consider “Business talent” as a person who has the potential and interest to develop in the direction of acquiring business and soft skills that are necessary for the companies for managing people, business processes and development of products, services and the organizational roles in a company, as well as a person who significantly affects its performance. We are authorized local reseller of @gradar and help companies define their job architecture, including the grades of the job positions as basis for the salary system.
