Talent Lab Lietuva is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Our mission is to help build sustainable organizations by letting employers and talent find each other.

We provide recruitment and executive search services for both employers and career professionals seeking to find each other. We strive to be closer to both parties and to gain a deep understanding of needs and expectations, so both sides complement each other and help organizations create undeniable value.
