Talent Performance is a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Groningen, Netherlands.

We recruit and select not only the perfect candidates for management roles, but also find the right person if you are looking for a new member of your Supervisory Board or Board of Commissioners. We search outside the beaten path, at the highest possible level, because that is where we often find the space we need to make truly new connections. Our three focus areas are diversity in the composition of boards, supervisory boards, and management teams; female representation in boards or management; and rejuvenation of supervisory boards and boards of directors. We have a broad network, a personal approach, and a combination of people knowledge and analytical ability.
