Talent Recruitment Sverige is a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We believe that a successful recruitment requires more than what is on paper, and we know that the right match must exist for both the employer and the candidate. Therefore we have a somewhat different working method from the larger recruitment agencies. We do not rely solely on a large database—we also take care to get to know our candidates. We know what they can do, what they want, and what kind of workplace they thrive in. We see strength in being small and niche. This means that we have a personal relationship with both our clients and our candidates. But while we are small and niche, we have the capabilities of a larger agency. We are part of Finance Recruitment, with over 20 years of recruitment experience in Stockholm and London. In Talent Recruitment Sverige we combine the advantages of a small, focused approach with the capabilities of a larger recruitment network. We place permanent and temporary operational roles in finance and administration, including accounting economists, finance assistants, junior controllers, and trainees.

We deliver by learning what our candidates can do, what they want, and which workplaces suit them best, and by taking time to understand each candidate before presenting them to employers.
