Talentiqi Recruitment is our privately held recruitment operation in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

We work with health and wellness tech companies to take hiring off your hands when it’s slowing you down. We embed directly into your team and handle the search, outreach, screening, and coordination just like an in-house recruiter without the full-time headcount. Our focus is on startups and growth-stage teams building meaningful things: digital health platforms, wearable tech, diagnostics, preventive care, and mental wellness tools. The kind of products that require trust, regulation wareness, focus and the right people early on. We are based in Helsinki, Finland and currently work with companies across Europe.

We deliver our services by embedding into client teams and managing the end-to-end hiring process, including search, outreach, screening, and coordination, without requiring a full-time headcount.
